Care Cell is a weekly small group that is hosted from house to house and in many locations for convenience. Care Cell is a place to grow in faith, fellowship and to have a relax atmosphere to chat, eat and sharing.

CARE Cell, stands for Caring and Reach Everyone Cell, are the building blocks of the local church, where every believer is taken care of and every voice is heard. People in these groups are being prepared to be the salt and the light of this world. Also, to reach out to the friends and families in their spheres with the light of the Gospel.

The purpose of CARE Cell is one: to ensure that people are treated respectfully. Portland City Blessing Church urges to see people being treated in a courteous way, cared for, and be connected to a caring community.

There are various groups available for different age people in few different locations.

Different CARE Cell available are for families, Indonesian families, International families, Young families, and College Age students.
